What is your shipping policy?

At Roobaroo, we aim to get your order to you quickly and safely. All parcels are sent from Australia,
carefully packed and tracked for peace of mind. Standard delivery within Australia usually takes
between 3–7 business days, while international orders may take a little longer depending on the
destination.
When you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email straight away. As soon as your parcel
has been dispatched, we’ll send you another email with a tracking link so you can follow your order
every step of the way.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and kept as fair as possible. If there are ever delays or
issues, we’ll keep you updated and do our best to put things right quickly.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your Roobaroo pieces. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right,
you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their
original condition with all tags attached.
To start a return, simply get in touch with us via email and we’ll guide you through the process. Once
we’ve received and checked your item, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the
customer unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake on our end.

What payment methods do you accept?

Roobaroo accepts all major payment methods to make your shopping easy and secure. You can pay
using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal. We also accept payments through Apple Pay
and Google Pay for a quicker checkout on mobile.
All payments are processed safely through trusted providers, so your details are always protected.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. As soon as it’s dispatched,
we’ll send you another email with your tracking details and a direct link so you can follow your
parcel in real time.
Simply click the link in your email, and you’ll be able to see where your order is and when it’s due to
arrive.
If you can’t find the tracking email, do check your junk or spam folder, or get in touch with us and
we’ll resend it to you.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as
possible after placing it. Orders are usually processed quickly, so if your parcel has already been
dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it.
In that case, you’re still welcome to return the item once it arrives, following our return policy.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes, we want to make sure you find the right fit. Our products follow the standard sizing system: S,
M, L, XL, and XXL. You’ll find a detailed size guide on each product page, showing measurements in
both centimetres and inches, so you can compare them with your own clothes at home and choose
with confidence.
If you’re ever unsure, just drop us a message, we’re always happy to help you pick the size that
works best.

We’re always here to help. If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach our customer
